Shipping Policy
ORDER CONFIRMATION
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from Pearlessea with details of your ordered items and shipping information. Please carefully check these details (country, street number, company name, unit, etc.), and contact us promptly at info@pearlessea.com
if you notice any mistakes.
If you do not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
SHIPPING
We aim to process and ship all orders within 3 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification email with your tracking number.

Please note: delivery may take longer during peak seasons (holidays, big sales, etc.) or due to customs inspections.
TRACKING
After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including your order number, carrier information, and tracking number.
You can track your package on the carrier’s official website. Once the package arrives in your country, your local postal service will take over the final delivery, and you may also track your order using their website with the same tracking number.

DELIVERY ISSUES
We take every reasonable precaution to ensure your products arrive safely.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@pearlessea.com
within 3 business days of receiving the shipment, including clear pictures of the damage.
If possible, please also report the issue to the carrier upon receipt.
CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS
If your order is being shipped to the wrong address, please email info@pearlessea.com
as soon as possible.
IMPORTANT NOTES
In cases of force majeure (e.g., severe weather), order processing and delivery may be delayed.
Your order will be sent to the address provided at checkout. Any package returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be re-shipped at your expense.
If you return a product for reasons other than quality issues, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
